As I was surfing the net today I came across this great little article about managing Gen Y staff. Some of the great ideas that come out of the article are to use e-learning, social networking, chat, forums, online schedule notification and other technologies which have been labelled as Web 2.0. Using Web 2.0 type technologies will help enable your company to make your Gen Y staff advocates of your brand.
Got a new product?? Why not have an internal competition for your staff to design the packaging, advertising, or logo rather then paying some agency 10 times the amount?
